ODDS & ENDS

 

Odds & Ends was started in 2005 by Amelia and her mother, Anna. Initially, we were just a small corner store with a handful of furniture items. Over time we bought out two surrounding properties to enlarge our floor space. Eventually, we even added a second shop.

A few years after the start of the business Carl, Amelia's brother joined us and started running our production department. This marked a shift in our trade as we no longer only retailed in antique and vintage items but now also produced furniture of our own. 

​

In 2011 we started importing European antiques from Belgium, the Netherlands and later Spain. This once again led to an expansion in our retail focus and enabled us to supply the public with niche pieces at affordable prices. 

​

Amelia's daughter, Joey, joined the day-to-day business in 2018.

Now, on a good day, you might find up to four generations behind our shop counter since Joey's daughters are also growing up in the business. 

​

We are a family business through and through. We desire that a visit to one of our shops would feel like visiting old friends. And that our stores would be a wonderland of nostalgia where young and old come in search of everything from custom-made furniture to remarkable antique treasures. ​
